170421 ~ Canuck Endurance is Back!!

The CrossFit Endurance (CFE) program is back for another season!! We'll be kicking off the season with a Posemethod running clinic. 

Join us on Sunday, May 7th from 9:30am-4:00pm for our Running Foundations Workshop and take the first step in leveling up your running!

 Proper technique is the beginning of nearly every sports discipline, including running. To run faster, run longer, avoid injuries, and reduce impact on your body – you need to have good technique!

Strength:

Deadlift

Every 2 min x 6 min (3 sets)

8-12 Reps @ 60%

TNG as much as possible. Focus on perfect form!

 **Every time the bar drops complete 5 Burpee Over Bar**
