Partner 1: ME Cal Row.
10 Ball Slams
8 Box Jumps
6 Clean & Jerk (135/95#) – IGYG.
**Partner 2 will complete the 10 Ball Slams + 15 Box Jumps.
Both Athletes will complete the Clean & Jerks – I go you go.
Partner 2 will move to the rower to tag out Partner 1
Partner 3 Completes 10 Ball Slams + 8 Box Jumps
Both Partner 2 & 3 Complete C&J
All 3 Athletes will be moving at all times.
