170517 ~ Julie & Baz Birthday Classic!

It's Coach Baz's Birthday.....and a special Birthday WOD is on it's way! Baz & Julie put their heads together to come up with this Birthday WOD fun that will last for 2 days!  

With the Sun is shining, and spring is here....the weather is perfect for a Golf Game....CrossFit Golf that is!

The objective of “CrossFit Golf” is to complete the WOD in the fewest  possible number of sets. For example, if the WOD contains 10 Pull Ups  and it takes you 5,3, and 2 reps to complete the 10, then your score  would be 3. This WOD is not for time so you may rest in between sets.  Perform the following 8 movements in the fewest possible number of sets.

Today we will celebrate Coach Baz with the "Front Nine. Tomorrow, Julie's belated birthday will be celebrated with the "Back Nine".  There are 18 Holes in total....what will your score be?!?!
