Yesterday we completed 5 x 400m for a total distance of 2000m.  Today, we will begin our Conditioning with a 1 mile run! 2 very different beasts!  Set your pace and get through....your barbell awaits you!

Pull from floor, pause 1/2s below knee…drive through hips!
