In Teams of 2, complete the following:
With a 20 min Running Clock:
2000 m Row (Switch every 250m)
150 Wall Ball Shots
Max Toes-to-Bars (alternate sets)
**One partner works on the row and wall ball shots while the other partner holds in handstand. Once the wall balls are complete both partners move to the toes-to-bar**
100 Regular Grip Push Ups **Not for time**
