Partner Pacers??  What is that?!  Grab a partner and you will see!  Complete the WOD as a team....but you are still competing against each other.....who will be left standing? And who will end up on the row?

Snatch (Full)

1 x 5 @ 65%

1 x 5 @ 70%

1 x 5 @ 75%

EMOM x 3 min

Snatch Pull

1 x 5 @ 85%

1 x 5 @ 90%

 3 x 5 @ 95%

Pacer Partner Throwdown!

Complete for Time:

200 Wallballs

Pacer: 6 Burpees

At 3-2-1 Go, P1 starts wallballs. While P2 completes 6 burpees (pacer). When P2 is complete, partners will switch.

Partner at the end with the fewest wall balls must row 500m. If both partners complete 100 each they both must row 750m.
