171002 ~ Week 3 Max Outs.....Of a different Kind!

We are in the 3rd week of our new Strength Cycle......has anyone noticed the increase in volume yet?!?  This week you will see a series of 1 Set Max Rep efforts.  Max Reps means max reps...give it your all until you have reached failure (don't stop when it gets tough). You goal is to get at least 10 Reps (Have you notice a trend yet?)
