18.2 is here!! This is a 2 part WOD that will have you breathing fire, then empty the tank on a 1RM Clean. Pick your opening weight wisely as you will only have 2-3 attempts to hit your max.
Dig deep.....although short, this WOD will take you to a very dark placce!
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
Dumbbell squats (50/35#)
Time cap: 12 minutes to complete 18.2 AND 18.2a
Post WOD Flush, 20 minutes on Bike or Rower at conversational pace.
