There has been a growing trend in the Open Workouts this year......the Dumbell has been included in all 3 WODs!! Will Castro continue this pattern this week.....only a couple of days until 18.4!

Conditioning:

10 DB Devil Presses (35/25#)

20 DB Squats

30 Alt. DB Single Arm Push Press

 40 Single Arm OH Lunges (20 Per Arm)
