It's Open Announcement Thursday....have you started to notice a pattern yet? Thursdays during the Open have been reserved for some solid single modality endurance training....Rowing, Biking, Burpees.....or all of the above.....how close can you push yourself to "Death"

Conditioning:

Triple Death!

Death By Burpees (Count By 1’s)

Death By Cal. Bike (Count By 2’s)

Death By Cal Row (Count By 3’s)

Min 1….1 Rep, Min 2…2 Reps etc!

Once you have “Died” (Did not complete the allotted reps in a minute) in one movement…move on to the next. 10 min Cap at Each Station. 

Score: Sum of Top Score at each station.
