Diane and the Handstand Walk are making their debut in the Open!!  A little medley of Deadlifts, HSPU and Handstand walks is on tap for this week!

Whether you are scaling or attempting the WOD Rx'd,the 2nd rnd of deadlifts will be heavy! Safety is always the primary goal....if you are pushing your limits, listen to your body, and make sure you are locked into your form! 

We have trained all year for a WOD just like this....Set Your Back...Dig In....Go get it!
