I want to take a moment and congratulate all of you for making it through another year of the CrossFit Open! Whether this was your first year registering, you’ve done it five years in a row, or you’re still completely confused as to what The Open is yet continued to show up each Friday and thought “WTF?!?,” you made it!

Dave Castro's programming not only pushed us to our limits, but challenged us to become better athletes!  Whether you achieved your first T2B, Pull Up, C2B, or MU....or fell a little short, let the memories of the last 5 weeks fuel your fire in your training over the next 12 months.

As we prepare to shift gears and get back to regular programming, let's set some new baselines this week! Set some new records, and use them as a spring board to increase your strength, capacity, and skills!
