1 min ME Strict/Pike HSPU

1 min ME Ring/Box Dips

1 min ME Kipping/Jumping Pullups

1 min ME Kipping /Pike HSPU

1 min ME Kipping/Box Ring Dips

1 min ME T2B/Kipping Knee Tuck

1 min ME Push Ups

** Rest 2 min after each movement**
