The last week of the Open is very special for two reasons:
1. We celebrate the end of 5 weeks where we have pushed ourselves to the limits!
2. It's Bernie's birthday!
Coach Bernie didn't want to leave you sore and depleted for 18.5, so he chose to defer his Birthay WOD Request to this week!
This mix of Bernie's favorite movements and a creative rep scheme will push us much like Castro did! If you don't enjoy burpees......don't drop the bar!!
