180330 ~ Good Fun on Good Friday

The Easter season is one of my favorite times of the year. I love Spring, and it is a time of rebirth and new beginnings. It is the time of year we clean closets and purge much of the past years clutter. I start to feel more alive and the winter blues slowly begin to fade. I look forward to longer and warmer days and nights, being outside more, and getting outside for WODs!

As we say goodbye to Open Season...we too will be shifting our focus to new beginnings. This Monday will mark the start of our New Strength and conditioning cycle.  With the Open behind us, this off season will be a time to build new muscle, and refine our gymnastics skills.  Monday will also mark the launch of the new Sweat 60 program, where we will welcome a number of new members to the Canuck commnity!  

In today's Good Friday workout, we will need to rely on the strength of our teammates to get through. Whether we celebrate Easter or celebrate the day off, it's nice to spend a part of this day gathered with your box family!
