We have been building volume in the Pull-up, Push-up, and squat over the last couple of weeks!  Now it's time to put our training to the test! The weather looks perfect for a little run....or 2!

Partner Murph

1 Mile Run (alternate each 200m)

10 Rnds (Alternating full rnds of Cindy)

5 Pullups

10 Push Ups

15 Squats

1 Mile Run (Alternate each 200m)
