Sometimes we have to dig deep and push!  We are stripping everything back and just focusing on pure conditioning!!  Dig deep and embrace the SUCK!

Strength:

Box Squat Speed Work

Every 30s x 5 min

2 @ 60%

 Box slightly below parallel. Slow on the way down….reach back towards the box….explode up!

Conditioning:

“Suck”

Every 2 min x 16 min (alt.)

a. 100m Sprint (Walk Back)

b. 90s Burpee Box Jump (30/24”)

Score: Total BBJ

Cash Out:

12 min Goat Practice
