It a hot one outside today......Summer is officially here!
Today's WOD will feature a little bit of a slow burn.....with a friend!
Try to pair up with someone new.....it will be fun!
Walking Lunges (BW)
Complete 100 Foot Bear Crawl or 50 Ft. Handstand Walk after each completed round.
*One person working at a time. Split all reps in half.
