Community is the force behind what makes Canuck so special. No matter how brutal the WOD may be that day, regardless of how long or stressful our week may have been outside of the gym, at the end of the day our small little community has become my family and as your head coach, I never want to let you down, and hopefully you will feel the same way about each other.
The Canucks have supported me as a coach and as a friend, the gym through all its craziness as a new business, and have supported each other in their strive to become more fit, healthier, and overall better people. Our group has pushed each other to do things that they never would of or could have done without this incredible support system. Not only in PR’s (which are amazing btw) but in too many other ways to describe (marathons, graduations, babies, and engagements)
Ask any Elite Level athlete, with all their athletic ability, unimaginable mental fortitude, and natural talent, and they will tell you that they would not be where they were today without a community of great people around them; Whether it be great workout partners, coaches, nutritionists, whatever…..
Without the unyielding support of the community we have created, I would not be who I am today as a coach, and as a person. So I just wanted to say Thank You!
Thank you to everyone who has always been there to support! It's awesome to see so many athletes competing in the Canuck games for the 2nd and 3rd time! Thank you to the Games Rookies...who didn't know what they were getting themselves into....but didn't chicken out...showed up...and gave it their all!
To our behind the scenes helpers who, without their help...today would not have happened: Baz, Mans, Erin, Zach, and our in-house photographer Bernie!
Thank-you to our awesome event sponsors and guests, who always come out and donate their time and some swag for prizes:

Competitions are learning experiences......whether you were an athlete, coach, or spectator....take a minute and reflect on the day's events. If you were competing....what would you have done differently? If you were spectating.....why didn't you sign up??
Another year is in the books....we will see everyone in 2016!!
