Buy In: Max effort pushups: 1 Attempt

11 - Burpee Over Bar

5 - Thrusters 135/95#

20 - Box Jumps 24"/20"

12 min AMRAP

 

Cash Out: Max effort pushups: 1 Attempt for # of rounds completed in the WOD.  30s rest in between each attempt.
