The On-Ramp Program provides new members a solid progression in the movements of CrossFit. Successfully completing this program will allow individuals to seamlessly transition into the fast-paced group classes. Each session includes a warm-up, sill instruction/review, and a workout.
During each class, we will explain the value of and stress proper mechanics, technical mastery and that the primary goal is to provide consistent exposure to the movements in order to adequately prepare each member for success in the group class environment.
The On-Ramp Program is required for all athletes without CrossFit experience prior to enrolling in the group classes. If you have previous experience, you will meet with a coach for a movement assessment in order to determine the appropriate starting point for you. At CrossFit Canuck, we pride ourselves in ensuring all our athletes well in order for them to effectively achieve their personal goals.
**On-Ramp Program runs once a month for a total of 12 classes and attendance is capped. Class times are every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 8:30am.
