Are you tired of your current routine, or are looking to start one with some direction? We provide the plan and the coaching so you can just work hard and reach your goals. CrossFit Canuck welcomes those of all skill/exercise levels, not just the “seasoned Crossfitter”. We have a wide variety of program offerings including: Personal Training, On-Ramp Program, CrossFit Group Classes, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Corporate Groups, Sports Team Training, and exercise-based physiotherapy, which is open to the general public for appointments.

A community that is built on inclusiveness, and inspiring and supporting each other in their fitness journey.We provide a positive space for those that are looking to discover a fitness path that aligns with their goals.

Vanitha was a determined woman to get her health and wellness back on track! She took the step forward and joined us in our On-Ramp program in 2016. From there, this once unsure, soft spoken individual, became more confident and one of the loudest voices you hear cheering for her Canuck Community daily!
