Eastbound Powerlifting will take the guess work out of your strength and powerlifting specific training. Our coach will track and record all the metrics needed, ensure that you are working at the proper volumes and intensities, as well as plan out your training blocks well in advance to suit your goals. Weekly and Monthly training packages will include access to on-the-spot coaching at scheduled times throughout the week, as well as competition day coacing and handling. Athletes that subscribe to either a weekly or monthly package are eligible to compete as a member of the Eastbound Powerlifting Team.
