Run, Skip, Push, Pull, Life, Row + Sweat with Coach Sarah! Teens will gain a positive outlook on fitness + crossover benefits to other sport activities. This 10-week program will culminate with an introduction to the 2022 CrossFit Open Teen division workouts.
