LIL CANUCKS (Ages 3-5 Years Old) – Saturdays at 8:30am (30 Minute Class) These are for the youngest of kids that want to be active, work with other kids, and play some fun games! This is a 30 minute class that includes group warm-up, instruction, game play, and ends with free time.
CANUCK KIDS (Ages 6-9 Years Old) – Saturdays at 10:30am (60 Minute Class)

Canuck Kids is our existing program that is a mix of skill learning, workout-of-the-day, and game play. Class is 60 minutes long and includes a group warm-up, instruction, workout-of-the-day, game play, and ends with free play if time permits.
CANUCK BEASTS (Ages 9-14 Years Old) – Saturdays at 11:30am (60 Minute Class) Canuck Beasts is a new addition for those pre-teens who are ready to focus on skill learning, gymnastics, and beginning to incorporate the use of barbells and other weighted objects into workout-of-the-day. This is the stepping stone to regular CrossFit classes. Class is 60 minutes long and includes a group warm-up, instruction, workout-of-the-day, and cool down.

Open to children ages 3-14 years old. This class lays the foundation for all future movements that our young athletes will encounter, whether it be sport-specific or fitness related. Kids will learn body awareness, coordination, and the fundamentals of gymnastics and strength training.
The CrossFit Kids program is a strength and conditioning program specifically designed to help kids develop a lifetime love of fitness. This is CrossFit geared towards and designed with the child in mind to help strengthen their neurological, cognitive, and motor skills. Canuck Kids is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Our goal is to support the specialist, but reward the generalist.
In a class setting, boys and girls of all fitness levels, take part in challenging yet fun workouts that deliver obtainable, measurable results to help them become all around athletes. Our program for kids highlights the importance of exercise and prepares young bodies and minds for optimal growth and development. Using functional, full-body exercises to improve strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance, the focus is on encouraging proper form and technique and, most importantly of all, having FUN!
We emphasize team work and cooperation in a positive environment to help kids build a love for fitness. Each class includes a warm-up, skill/focus work, followed by the WOD (Work Out of the Day) and ends with a fitness related game. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things kids need to do when they pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. In addition to increasing overall athleticism, our kids program will help your child gain more self-confidence, instill in them a healthy, positive body image, teach them how to move properly and avoid injury, and school them in life skills such as perseverance, discipline, dedication, and motivation.
